Says the answer is wrong when it’s correct

    Dear Sensei LMS,

    For my client we used your plugin and we love it!
    But we noticed something different? When a student chooses the right answer it still displays it as wrong. The error message says exactly what they choose so we don’t know why it shows the right answer as wrong?

    Please help us out.

    I have tested this on my site, but couldn’t replicate your issue.

    Can you kindly share with us the exact steps you took that led to this issue?

    – Did you make any changes to your site (installing a new plugin), or to the course?
    – When did you first start noticing this issue?
    – What kinds of quizzes are you creating? Multiple choice?
    – Are you noticing this issue on all of your sites?
    – Which version of Sensei and WordPress software are you on?

    Please share screenshots of the error you are seeing, and your setup as well so we can copy it and see if we can replicate this issue. Here’s a handy tool for taking screenshots: https://snipboard.io/

    In the meantime, I’d like you to try some testing. It’s possible that there might be a conflict with one of your current plugins or your theme.

    Try disabling all of your plugins except Sensei LMS (and extensions). Then try testing again to see if the issue persists. If that resolves your issue, you can find what was causing it by enabling each plugin one by one while continuing to test.

    If that doesn’t help, you can also try switching to the Twenty Twenty theme via Appearance > Themes, and test again. If the issue is resolved then you know it’s a problem with the theme, and you’ll need to contact the theme author for further assistance.

    I will answer the questions:

    `– Did you make any changes to your site (installing a new plugin), or to the course?

    Answer:

    Yes I installed
    – Sensei with WooCommerce Paid Courses
    – Loco Translate

    – When did you first start noticing this issue?

    Answer:

    The client took the course and made the quiz.
    She then sends us the picture of: I choose the right answer but it still tells me everything is wrong!

    Multiple choice ones, single line answers, multiline answers.

    – Are you noticing this issue on all of your sites?

    Answer:
    No only at the quizes

    – Which version of Sensei and WordPress software are you on?

    Answer:
    Currently:
    Seinsei: 3.14.0
    Wordpress: 5.8.2

    Thanks for sharing more details.

    I see that you installed Sensei with WooCommerce Paid Courses. Please note that it is not possible to have Sensei LMS and Sensei with WooCommerce Paid Courses plugins activated at the same time. Only one must be active and the other deactivated, if not, it will create conflicts in your courses.

    If that is the case, could you please deactivate one and verify if that solves the issue?

    Another important note is that if you are using any paid Sensei extensions, please open a ticket to get further support and share the email address that is linked to a valid Sensei license.

    Hi there,
    i have exaclty the same problem.
    All the anwsers are wrong, even if they are correct.
    The only plugin i have installed is Sensei LMS, nothing more. I installed it on a new and clean installation of wordpress.

    WP version is 5.92
    Sensei LMS is 4.1.1
    Language is German
