Says strings replaced, but they’re not

Hi,

First, thank you for the great plugin. I’ve been using it for a long time without any issues.

On this latest site, for some reason I perform the update and it tells me that the changes were found and made but when I go to the site or to edit the page, the changes aren’t reflected. It’s not a caching issue bc I’ve cleared and even tried in incognito. They’re also not appearing in the actual database when I look via phpmyadmin.

Any idea what the issue could be?
