says no shipping method when outside of delivery area

Hello,
We are in sandbox mode. Does DoorDash automatically set delivery range or is that set by shipping zones in Woo Commerce? I do have zones set and when user tries t checkout and are outside of the delivery area, it give error message:
“No shipping method has been selected. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.”
It should display an error message indicating that they are outside of the delivery area.
