Says it is sent but no email arrives.

Has Your Theme Been Modified: NoI have Contact Form 7 installed.
I created a basic form. No frills.
Upon pressing SEND it says the form has been sent.
But it does not turn up in my email.
I have the correct email set up in Contact F0rm 7.
I disabled all plugins. Then re-enabled Contact Form 7.
Still no go.
How can I fix this?
