Says I have items in my cart but I don’t

I’m managing ticket sales for a larger event. (our large ?? )
I went to purchase tickets and the interface says I have 2 tickets in my cart and to remove them before I can purchase. I have NO tickets in my cart.
After checking the seat numbers in Attendees and Tickets I see the seats were sold a couple months ago to a normal ticket buyer.
How to fix this?
