• I’m managing ticket sales for a larger event. (our large ?? )

    I went to purchase tickets and the interface says I have 2 tickets in my cart and to remove them before I can purchase. I have NO tickets in my cart.

    After checking the seat numbers in Attendees and Tickets I see the seats were sold a couple months ago to a normal ticket buyer.

    How to fix this?

    Hi there,

    From what you have described, the issue is related to the Seating Charts add-on which is a premium add-on and is not directly related to the free version of Tickera.

    If my assumption is correct, please contact us via our contact page and our support agents will help you resolve this.
