Saving Widgets / Menus as a draft

Hi All – – I have a challenge that I’m up against. We are currently building a website for a local high school. That school has a group of students who will be taking over the management of the site after launch. For security reasons we cannot give the students the ability to publish content. We found a really useful plugin called revisionary that we believe is solving our problem with pages/posts, but we are stumped when it comes to widgets & menus. Does anyone know of a way for us to allow a student user to save a menu and/or widget changes as a draft? The admin would then come in after the student, review the changes and then publish them accordingly.
