Saving VC Plugin for Woocommerece Breaks Slug and other page meta data

  • I’m using the Visual Composer plugin for Woo Commerce Product Category.
    Upon saving the database values from the dataset (Set in the asset) is setting to the page slug and breaking the other page data.

    i.e. Order by Title DESC etc – will show either the first or the last item in the slug for the page.

    Slug 1 (OK)
    /tablets

    After save (Broken – Title from a product within the selected dataset)
    /10inch-tablet

    My local version of WordPress doesn’t have this issue, though the server does.. all items are the same except for PHP version and MySQL version (Local is newer). I wonder if there’s a library call that isn’t working on the live server version, Has anyone had this issue and know how to solve (Happy to modify the source to resolve – just need to know where these are bound) – or where would be the best place to get support for this item (i.e. is this a woo_commerce issue or Visual Composer issue)
