Saving the file in file manager

  • When I save the file in the file manager I get this

    “Restore” functionality is available in a paid extension.
    You could also download the backup and then use “Import from file”.

    Does this plugin work if so why is it forcing the users to pay for something that is already there?

    I can’t import it that’s the thing. Please allow us to put the file in the file manager so we can restore it.

    You are allowing us to download it but not restore it. So there is an issue with the plugin.

    When you import the file in the plugin the files goes into the file manager anyways.
