Saving Table Times Out

    Hi,

    I have a table with about 84 rows but some of the cells have a large amount of data in them. I am using Visual Composer and loading the table via the Tablespress VC element. I have no problem opening the table with the Tablepress plugin but when I am saving a page with the VC tablepress element, and this table selected, the page gets stuck. I get the Connection Lost error and eventually I get a 502 and ‘The page request was canceled because it took too long to complete’

    The table isn’t massive but it does have a large amount of data in one cell in most rows. Any idea how to fix this?

    Hi,

    thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

    Unfortunately, I have no idea how that TablePress VC element works and can therefore not provide support for it. For this, you should get in touch with the VC creators.

    (Note that I don’t encourage using such external elements to edit or work with a TablePress table. I always recommend to directly edit the table on the TablePress admin screens and then insert it into a page using the Shortcode.)
