    I maintain a website for a small yarn store. During this virus crisis, the owner — the sole staff member — had to shift from walk-in sales to booking virtual shopping and support appointments and single-person in-store shopping appointments. We needed to set this up ASAP; trying to keep a store going in the midst of the shifting requirements of the virus response is a challenge. Not only is this plugin easy to use and the appearance customizable, but it works exactly the way we needed! We set up all three types of appointments; reserving one type of appointment at 10am blocks out the 10am timeframe in the other two types, perfect for the single employee juggling 3 types of sales and support appointments.
