    Hi @uriahs-victor,

    Do you have security plugins installed?
    Ultimate member saves email templates to your theme’s folder, it looks like it’s not possible to save a newly updated template to your theme’s folder. This issue can be caused by insufficient permissions. Some security plugins can also cause this issue.
    Please check that your theme’s folder on your server /wp-content/themes/your theme
    and try to give “read”, “write” and “execute” permissions for the owner and for the group.

    Do a quick conflict test so we can rule out any conflicts with your theme or one of your plugins and see if this issue goes away. Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test.
