Saving Settings doesn’t seem to do anything. I tried to change “First day of the week” and “User Permission” on some sites. Everything stays at the default values after clicking “Save Settings”.

Settings page shows this error in the console: (): Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading ‘addEventListener’) at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (settings.js:78:53). I’m using version 1.14 of the plugin (latest at the time of writing). Also, I noticed that earlier versions show similar error.

    Hi Matija,

Thanks for letting us know about this.

We haven’t seen this error before and can’t recreate it, so it is most likely a conflict with a plugin on your site or, potentially, a browser extension. In order to debug this thoroughly, we’ll need access to the site.

If you visit the Analytics > Contact Us menu, you’ll see a contact form where you can submit a bug report, and this also includes the option to send us a login. This will auto-create a new admin account for us, which you can delete once we’re finished looking at the site.

I’ve filled out the form on one of my test sites. Problem in question is visible there. I tried disabling plugins and changing theme but the issue persists.
