saving settings

    hi

    in the settings panel (page options-general.php?page=wise-chat-admin), when I change some setting and click in save changes, it is redirect the page options.php and this page doesn’t exist.

    any idea what could the problem be?

    I uninstalled the new version and installed an earlier version and it works fine.
    When I started updating, the error happens again.

    If you have access to the cPainel, disable de ModSecurity plugin and will work with the new version.
    The recent version of Wise Chat is in conflict with that plugin

    If you are still experiencing the issue with 403 error please go to: Wise Chat Settings -> Moderation and clear Content field in Spam Reporting Notification. Then please save the settings. Please let me know if the issue is gone.

    The issue was fixed in 2.9.4. The previous version did not fix it.
