Saving Problems, Google chrome issue

    Hello there, i got couple of problems with my page which is ‘ https://www.sigortafili.com ‘
    First problem is that, after i get customize section, left panel option column gets broken, it still works but it appears like it has a coding problem, the darker area gets on top on the white area, which looks like a double layer page. It is only happening on chrome application other browser works fine.

    Second and more frustrating problem is that my save&publish button isn’t working. Tried it on couple of pc’s mac’s and different browsers, but i couldn’t get save anything on customize page. Dashboard panel works fine. I need to fix this quick, im looking for your urgent answers/help thank you for your replies in advance.

    @hommwoodcom Please clear your browser cookie and cache and see if that fixes the layout issue. And then clear out the W3 total cache’s plugin.

    Try disabling the total cache plugin and then try to make the changes and save and see if that works.

    Well, it solved the chrome problem, but i still have saving issue. Can’t save anything, can’t do any changes on the page, tried on several computers, it shouldn’t be computer or browser failure and its so stupid and disappointing. Please help me to fix this problem.

    Please Try disabling all the plugins and see if that fixes the issue.

    Solved my problem, thank u so much.

    I have a similar problem with the customizer. Only that it does save some of the changes but not all. For instance, it won’t let me save the “static slider content” and thus nothing displays on the actual website.

    I have cleared the cache from both browsers and wp and have disabled all plugins. Also, I have tried using Firefox but the issue persists. Any idea?

    So you can write inside the Text Editor but the content is not saved?

    Yes, precisely. So I had to go and edit the php file in order to get my static slider content displayed at all. It also will not take any changes in the footer copyright area so I had to do the same there.
