Saving plugin settings issue

  • Hi,
    I’ve set up an account with JW Player and have a url for the player that I have created (the cloud player library url). It is a version 8 player, as I couldn’t create a version 7 player within my JW player account

    When I try and add the URL to the plugin settings and save it, it redirects me to a 404 page.

    The other settings I can change and save with no issue. Is this a plugin/theme incompatibility? Or do I need to have a self hosted v7 player for this plugin to work?

    Hi @jol2011, thanks for using JW Player for WordPress.

    A fast test that you can do is try the Player url in your browser; can you see a page full of code? This is just for understanding if the link is correct.

    Another test. Did you tried with another player?
