• Good afternoon,

On a site there is a problem with a module and saving. Modifications do not want to be saved. An other module has not problems.

Also, when I go to the next page of content (page 2 of 19) I get message “failed to load data”.

When I go to Library I see message “Not all content has gotten their cache rebuilt. This is required to be able to delete libraries, and to display how many contents that uses the library.
94 contents needs to get their cache rebuilt.”

So what could be the problem why saving is not working on that specific module. And do I need to rebuild cache?

    WP installed 6.0.3 (php 8) and H5P plugin 1.15.6.

    Thanks in advance!

No need to rebuild cache. It happens automatically as content is used.

Regarding the saving issue, could you try opening your browser’s console to look for any errors before pressing save? Ctrl+Shift+J in Chrome.

Looks like there is either another plugin or a Chrome extension crashing the web page.
Try opening the page/editor in Incognito Mode in Chrome (Ctrl+Shift+N), this should disable any plugins. If that works, then the problem is with your browser. If not then there is third-party plugin in WordPress doing something it shouldn’t.

Hi, incognito mode gives “Warning message:
Allow attribute will take precedence over ‘allowfullscreen’ jquery message”

What I don’t uderstand why this specific scenario gives the error. I guess it must be something in the scenario.

Good morning, we’ve found probably why the module cannot be saved anymore. The “branching scenario” library had an update and after that update old modules which use the branching scenario library cannot be saved.
Is there a solution for or is nothing else to do than create from scratch new modules?

Do you know if the saving worked when incognito was used, or was it still broken?

Thank you, we will test it.
