Saving new or cloned form deletes all form contents and form name

    Hello,

    I have several Caldera forms working fine in my website, however if i create a new form or clone an existing one and edit and save, form name changes to form id and all it’s contents disappear and the layout becomes blank/empty as if i was starting the from creation again.

    Any ideia of what may be causing this?
