Saving Lightbox options not saving

    I save, then I walk away, then later on it shows as no lightbox saved!

    Maybe a screen shot of what you are talking about? I was expecting something like an error message or something to that effect …

    It shows no error at all. Just does not save for real. It shows as if it did save, then I came back and it is not saved.

    @creativewp – What happens if you use the “Reset Option” under Gallery > Other Options?

    Also, if you are using a caching plugin, have you ensured it is being cleared properly as well.

    I’ve exactly the same problem.
    I save options for the lightbox. Everything works well, then when i try again and refresh my page, the lightbox desappear and i’ve to save it again.

    @creativewp & @fvenuto – Can we get you to submit a Bug Report (https://www.nextgen-gallery.com/report-bug/ … please reference this topic) on this issue of not being able to save your Other Options settings.

    We will need log in and FTP credentials for your WordPress installation as well, please include those with your Bug Report.

    PS: Please do not use the Reset Option so we can see this issue beforehand. Thanks! C.
