Saving in any TAB

Hi Found an issue that I would love to figure out. Im designing my “prediction” page with TABS by tournament groups, similar to the sillery4ever’s site. Everything works so good so far, however I Found this issue (I’ll try to explain it).
When you are in TAB 1, and fill out a score and then go to the TAB 2 (without saving) AND fill out a score too and finally press the SAVE button, you only save the predictions or scores that you fill in the TAB where you press the SAVE button.
Is there a possibility to save all the scores form all TABS despite the TAB where you are?
I would appreciate your help.
