    Hello guys,

    My website isn’t online yet, because we are finishing it. I’m using Zeever Template and Gutenverse and I was building the Services Page when I noticed I couldn’t Save. When I click “save”, it appears a pink bar saying “Saving Failed”.

    Even when I only change a letter in the title it won’t allow me to save. I think I am using the full site editor.

    We need to know a few informations to be able to investigate the issue :
    1. Which WordPress version do you use?
    2. Which version of Gutenverse do you use?
    3. Do you have Gutenberg installed & activated by any chance?
    4. Is there any other plugins activated at the time you are editing? If there is, will the issue fixed after deactivate all except Gutenverse.

    Hello.

    Answering your questions:

    1. WordPress Version 6.0.1
    2. Gutenverse Version 1.2.1
    3. No
    4. I have some plugins but I deactivated all of them except Gutenverse and still couldn’t do it.

    Also, I tried again today and I can’t even import page layouts. It shows the message “Import failed, please try again”. I tried like 10 times in different layouts.

    Could we get information on your website error log at the time of trying to save the template?

    Regarding importing layouts, which layouts did you import?
    Do you manage to successfully import one layout, or all of it is failed?
    Is the internet connection fine at the time of importing? Since importing layout also fetches and import images, those take quite a bit of stable bandwidth to import.

    Hello,

    Where do I check my website error logs?

    I’m trying to import Zeever Layouts like “About us”, “Contacts” etc.

    All of them fail to import. The internet connection is fine as I tried several times with different network connections.

    Hi @andrearaujo4 ,

    You could ask your server admin for php error logs.

    Regarding import, there seems a few issues with Zeever’s layouts.
    We will investigate what causing this.
    Does this also happen to other layouts except Zeever’s?

    Hi guys, i am also having same issue with zeever, saving failed and cant edit, ive tried to start topic for support in forum but no luck so far, could you please reach out.

    Hello,

    There are no error logs in the server. This also happens with other layouts besides Zeever’s. Please can you call me or something so that we can fix this easily?

    If you deactivate gutenverse (and all other plugins), are you still not able to save the layout?
