Saving failed: AJAX call failed: parsererror – SyntaxError: Unexpected token

    Hi,

    I can’t save or preview my table because the following message sent from the plugin:

    Saving failed: AJAX call failed: parsererror – SyntaxError: Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0. Try again while holding down the “Shift” key.

    Please, advise.

    Hi,

    thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

    This indicates that there’s a problem with the server configuration. Most likely, you are running into PHP memory limit issues, or the server firewall (or other security software) is blocking the request.

    To find you more, can you please check the server error log file (or ask your web host company’s support team to check it)?
