    Hi!
I am using the latest version of everything!
    And using just one timer.
When I changed the date, and hit the save button, the button becomes:
    Saving…
    and nothing happens!
I uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin but that didn’t help.
Please tell me what I can do…
    Thanks

Hi, see in the browser’s console tab if there’s any errors when you click on Save. Pres CTRL+Shift+I in Waiting page to go to console.

If you uninstall, you have to check the Delete countdowns checkbox in On Uninstall section of Waiting page. It’ll clean the database along with corrupted data ( if any ).

Firstly, thank you for your fast reply!

It creates error in the console. The error is this:

    load-scripts.php?c=1&load[]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils,plupload&ver=4.6:4 POST https://iudc.ir/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php 500 (Internal Server Error)

    Object {readyState: 4, responseText: "", responseJSON: null, status: 500, statusText: "Internal Server Error"}

I uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin as you said (I think it did not cleared the database since my timer were untouched!)

    The same error happens!

I’ll see it in my server in a while and get back to you.

I checked in 2 servers of mine and it’s working fine here.
Can you ask your web host to turn PHP errors on? That’d show nice error messages.

Did you check the Delete countdowns checkbox?

Yes, I checked it and it reset completely but the error still occurs.

Interestingly, when I reinstalled the plugin, and click on its icon to open the settings, and it shows a default date and time, I click on the save button without any change, it works! However, if I change the date or time, it does not save!

I will contact my host and will let you know.

    Thanks

I found out that the problem is with choosing the date from the ‘inline calendar’. If I write the date instead of choosing it, it works!
