• I had several saved tabs for months. I just noticed they are not displaying on the site. I checked in my admin and there are now no saved tabs. Is there a way they could have disappeared if the plugin was paused or anything? I know I didn’t delete them.

  • Hey @mta1,

Deactivating Custom Product Tabs won’t cause your saved tabs to be erased. Your saved tabs live in the WordPress options table. Have you recently changed your database prefix maybe? Used a database optimization plugin?

If you’re taking regular backups of your site you could look back at the database and see if you can see yikes_woo_reusable_products_tabs or yikes_woo_reusable_products_tabs_applied in the options table.

You could also look for those options in your current database and see if they contain anything.

    Cheers,
    Freddie

I’m sorry for not responding sooner. I was able to create a Local by Flywheel installation and deploy a backup from before the problem occurred. From that I was able to extract most of the missing custom tabs manually.
