Saved My Bacon

  • Dropped the SSL from a wordpress site when I switched hosting companies, so all the links to images and other posts/pages no longer worked. Search Regex to the rescue. Even a newb like me had no trouble setting it up and running it. Corrected almost 8,000 links in about a minute.

    Only issue was when I tried to search only, it kept freezing — probably due to the size of my database. So, I selected “search and save” and it worked like a charm. Fabulous plug-in.
