Saved Crop isn’t updated on the Front End.

Am using a custom image size. When using the plugin to save a specific crop for a team member head shot, use the “Save Crop” button and also Update the post. After dumping cache and hard refreshing the image still doesn’t update. I’ve also attempted to view the site from various different countries and no change.
