Saved carts gone after deactivating

Hello, I tested sharing via email and it worked then I temporarily deactivated the plugin for a day. When I reactivated it, the saved cart links from the email are not working anymore however they still appear under the “Saved Carts” from the menu but are only empty.

Does the links expire? I remember you used to have data persistence time.
