saved-carts endpoint issue

Hi, the endpoint saved-carts displays the message “There are no saved carts to display.” with customer role, but if the same user has admin role displays the list of saved carts. I think you have a bug in the “mc” function, but I can’t find the exact problem.

Can you fix the index.js?
