Save Settings Not Working

  • I’ve searched the faq and forum but can’t find a solution. I’ve tried reinstalling also. For some reason, clicking ‘save settings’ or ‘reset’ does not work. Nothing appears to happen. I used to be able to change styles, for example, but now it just won’t save. Same with resetting. I click and nothing happens. I’ve tried in 3 browsers with the same result.

    When I deleted the plugin, I deleted files too. However, it seems to have saved my previous settings upon reinstall. Anyone know how to do a complete reinstall?

    Any other tips would be helpful.

  • This is the issue I am having also. I got Lightbox Plus working for my galleries and it looks great, however I can’t seem to change any settings. It will accept my input in the Lightbox Plus options tabs, but I don’t see any of these changes reflected on the site.

    The ONE exception is on my iPhone where I see all changes show up immediately. I’ve tried to set the slideshow options and styles and they have no effect on any of our computers, or my presonal mbp or my iPad… BUT, they show up right away on my iPhone. Very strange.

    I am running the latest WP…

    I started having this issue on a multisite today. Very strange. About a month ago I setup the plugin on one blog id then today wanted to use on another but when activating and save settings nothing would save. I tried in IE 10 and it was the same issue. I opened up the first blog id I had it working on and it took settings perfectly fine. Back to the new blog id and still the same problem persisted, even after deactivate reset etc.

    Being the multi-tasker I am something else took my attention and about 45 minutes later I try again and it worked….

    My MU is possessed.

    So it is working as expected but that was odd….
