Hey and many thanks for the plugin, it works great.

the only issue I’ve noticed – on my setup, when the “back to first page in the category” option is enabled, it takes me back to the shop base page when viewing a product tag archive. I would like to also return to the first page of the product tag archives. (having this option unchecked leads me to a 404 error when viewing page 10, and switching to a PPP option that no longer has a page 10.

    — MAIN QUESTION: Is there any way for me to save the selection and append it to the URL of the page?

for example: when a customer favorites, or shares the link: “www.mysite.com/product-category/silverware/page/5” but they do not have the default PPP selection, it is a different set of products than intended.

I would love to be able to save the selection in the URL so clicking on a link with that selection brings you to the same page every time. (I also would like to make custom links on archive pages that say “30” “60” “90” and would need a way to link.

I have no problem editing the plugin, let me know!

    Hi Noah,

    – Thanks for reporting this! I’ll have to check this and update. This will probably be in a the next big release which I’m planning. (can’t really give an date for it unfortunately, but should be pretty soon).

    – Right now this isn’t possible. Someone else requested an feature like this, and I’ll also take this in consideration with the next release.

If you can’t wait for the last feature, contact me through my website, I can get something ready for you.

    Thanks!

    Hi Noah,

After the release of yesterday there is an new option in your settings page. You can now set the HTTP mode to ‘GET’; This will make sure that when the products per page is changed, it will be saved within the url.

You can also send someone the url and add ‘?wppp_ppp=4’ manually to set the products per page.

    Hope this helps!
