Save posts as Text mode?

    Is there any way to make sure that Postie saves the post as Text format? instead HTML format?

    You can set the “Preferred Text Type” setting to “plain” and the “Text fallback” setting to “No”

    The side effect of this setting combination is that if the email does not have a plain text version of the email the post will be blank.

    If you want to extract the plain text from an html message you could create a Postie AddOn to do this. See https://postieplugin.com/extending/
