Save PDF to Users file locker

HI, Does anyone have any suggestion on how to build a file locker for each user and allow them to save pdf to the file locker? I’m using formidable and E2PDF so they can fill out the pdf. This allow them to print the form. I would also like to offer them a way to save the filled out PDF to a storage area in case they need to refer to it later. I know I can allow people to upload files but I really wanted a safe button.
