‘save’ option not working

Hello @majograu,
Could be an issue with the database not being properly updated. To fix this you can enable script debugging in WordPress.

You can add this line:
define( 'SCRIPT_DEBUG', true );

To your wp-config.php file, or install WP Debugging (Plugin).

I added this line to the php file, but nothing changes..

For example, in ‘cookie banner’:
When I activate any slider option (cmplz-slider cmplz-round), the option is active, but when I click the ‘save button’, this option is disabled and the changes are not applied.

The total size of all fields in the table is more than the limit. If you don’t mind changing rows/columns in the database, you can change the format of the columns to TEXT or BLOBs as stated in the error (details here).

However, if you are not comfortable with making changes to the database, your Hosting provider will be able to assist with this.

Fix it up!
I have changed from varchar type to text in all columns of table ‘wp_cmplz_cookiebanners’ and can now change and save all banner options!
