Save on one role

  • Hi ??

    i am french, i don’t understand something,
    I must be stupid, i tried to look your FAQ, i tried to look with demo, i change the menu, for each role, but one i save, all the sets but it save for all the roles O_o

    I thought, i click on one role, i see his color and sets, i click on a other role, i see a other, etc
    Can you said me please where i didn’t undertood something ? =/

    You didn’t mention it in your posts, but it sounds like you might be talking about the Pro version of the plugin. If so, please use the contact form instead of this forum. It’s against www.remarpro.com rules to use this forum to provide support for paid plugins.

    Anyway, in all versions of the plugin, the only thing that’s different for different roles is menu visibility. All other settings – like colours, positions, titles, and so on – are always the same for all roles.

    No, i didn’t baught already your plugin in version pro, i tested before the demo, but how i told, i didn’t undertood, saw, how save and see the difference each role. If i understood good, if example i hide on menu on the role author, and save, if i want see the result i must go on the account author for see the effect, and return after in admin if i want change something ?

    That sounds right. If you’re an administrator and you edit permissions to hide a menu item from the Author role, you won’t see any changes in your own admin menu. You would have to log in as an Author to see that the menu has been hidden.
