I have the same problem (link to 404 page /wp-admin/admin.php?page=litespeed-page_optm) when I try to save modification on change JS defer and maybe more others ..

are you sure it’s 404 but not 403 ? it’s not possible to have 404 on /wp-admin/admin.php itself , otherwise most likely your entire wp-admin will have many things broken up

you can get it in toolbox -> report -> click “send to LiteSpeed”
