We’ve disabled cache and yet this happens again and again. We add all necessary attributes in the feed, save it and then open to see that some new attributes were saved and some missing.

    Is this a known bug?

    Thank you.

I have the exact same problem. Tested with nearly 10 CTX Feed updates/versions back, but the problem is there regardless of plugin version.

The only “solution” I could find somewhat usable is to make only one change at a time, then save, then edit again. For example, adding a new attribute is done in 2 steps: first you add the attribute, leave it as the last line item, save, then edit and move the new attribute to the desired location, save again. Doing more than one change in one go, then saving, created errors – you’ll get some of your attributes removed, others saved, others misplaced.

    Hello @darken-x

    Thanks for reaching out.

We have performed a test on our test site where we are using the latest version of the plugin but we couldn’t replicate such an issue. We have added multiple attributes at a time and also relocated the position to check if the changes are reflected on the feed and found that the feed has all the information included according to the feed configurations. You can watch this video as a reference.

However, if this is not the issue you are trying to explain then, would you mind explaining it with a small screencast?

    Best,
