Save in Media Library advantages

  • What is the advantage of saving your instagram pictures in your media library? Does this speed up your page?

  • The new version doesn’t really upload the image itself on your server, it only copies the links and information from Instagram posts into WordPress posts/attachments. In the future if you have 100 images saved in your wp media library you can show maximum 100 images or create galleries with those images.
