Save HTML problems in settings and UTF-8 support

    In the pro version, in 2.0.1 and 2.0.2 there is a problem when we put html in email messages. Try to save some html code and then reload the settings page and you find several backslash that will be included in the email body.
    I had to change the email encoding to UTF-8 instead iso-8859-1 because I had problems with special caracters like ? ? …

    The error is still present, just write a quote and when saved, a new backslash is added to quote
