Save form plugin recommendation

I’m looking for a plugin that creates a savable form for later completion. The plugin I’m looking for preferably comprise the following functionalities:

1. Create forms that can be saved so whenever users come back and sign in they see the form fields populated, something like save for later functionality.

2. And could these forms be private so only the user created the form can see it?

3. Forms will stay as long as the user keeps on editing them, so no need for “Submit” button; can be changed to Save, probably!

4. User can download and print the form. Forms can be downloaded in formatted PDF or excel.

5. It will be nice if the plugin has progress bar/counter/meter.

6. No limitation on the number of users. Say you have a community of several tens of thousands!

7. Columns within the form?

In case the idea behind this is not clear, here’s what I intend to do. I’ll add the form to a page that registered users can access to fill in and save. Whenever they come back they can edit and change it.
