    Hi,

A few days ago, I started getting a ‘Your save failed” error when trying to save a DIVI page. After trying all remedies suggested online (disabling plug-ins, upgrade all that was upgradeable, …) the issue persisted.
When I contacted the ISP about this, they told me that they saw a lot of triggering of their SQL Injection detection in their logs. I disabled the SWL Injection detection filter on the ISP hosing platform and the save succeeded.

The workaround toggling the SQL Injection detection is acceptable, but could it be avoided ? Any setting in WordPress or DIVI that can be changed that impacts this ?

Please note that nothing was changed in any setting or plugin right before the issue occured.

    Kr,

    dirk.

Does this happen if you test with a twenty* theme? If it’s Divi related, then note that support of all commercial themes and plugins is out of scope for these forums. While we will not close your post, we also cannot guarantee any support at all, be that by volunteers or the developers. We recommend you instead use the developer’s official contact for their premium offerings, as that is the most direct line..

Post closed. Thanks (DIVI forum didn’t help much. Will continue using workaround for pages that have the issue).
