• Thank you for responding to this inquiry already. I could not test at the time but I can now. We are having the issue where the browser dialog for saving comes up every time we try to leave the form in the admin, even if nothing has changed. I created a clone and tested what you had suggested (turn off plugins, on one at a time….). Problem is that it seems to be a combination of plugins. I was able to determine that the redirect plugin for CF7 made by another vendor triggered the message but I deactivated and deleted that plugin and I still get dialog. The only way I don’t get the message is if CF7 is the ONLY plugin activated which won’t do. Can you assist?

Thanks. Been CF7 user for many years. Appreciate you!!

This could be due to a conflict with your WP theme or one of the other plugins you are using.

Switch temporarily (nothing will be lost when you switch back) to a WP default theme & disable all plugins other than Contact Form 7 to see if the problem goes away.

If it does you can switch back to your theme & re-activate each plugin one by one to see when the problem occurs.

Health Check is a good way to check this on a live site. It’s planned to be made part of WordPress Core in coming releases.
