Save each form data in different tables

Hello, my question is two in one.
First of, I’m trying to capture data from some forms but not all of the saved CF7 forms how can I stop the rest of the forms from saving in the database and keep just the ones I want?

Also, is it possible to use different tables for each form saved (or at least a group of them for example students or faculty) instead of one that collects everything? If so, how can it be done?
