Save Does Not Work After Add Custom Field

When working on field mapping of a feed, I go to Add custom field so I can add “g:adult”. I get that added and then go to Save, but the Save button no longer works.

As long as I don’t add any fields, the save button works, but the minute I add a new field the save button no longer does anything.

Possible to fix?
