    Hi there,

I have the plugin set up and am using it throughout my site with ACF Pro. I absolutely love it. The only thing that I am not able to do is implement a “save and continue” button for my users who are filling out a lengthy form. Has anyone been able to do this? I would love help/direction. Thank you!

Hi, Katrina! Happy to hear you’re enjoying the plugin.

Unfortunately I can’t offer support for Pro customers on the support forum. Please reach out directly here instead: https://hookturn.io/contact/!

    Hi @fabianlindfors,

Thank you so much for the reply! Before I sent you a message via the link you provided, I just wanted to let you know that I am using Advanced Custom Fields Pro, not Advanced Forms Pro. Am I still able to reach out to you via the link?

PS. If Advanced Forms Pro has a save & continue feature , please let me know and I’ll purchase it straightaway.

    Thank you!

Sorry, Katrina! Totally misread your message and thought you were referring to AF Pro.

Currently save and continue is not available either in the free or pro version. Some users have been able to implement it themselves but it’s quite tricky. The basic method is to create a form which can create and edit posts and then add a new button called “Save”. When the save button is clicked the form is saved as a draft post and automatically loaded for editing the next time the form is accessed. Then when the real submit button is pressed the post is updated and changed to published.

Unfortunately I can’t offer much more guidance than this, hope it helps! ??

No, worries! I completely appreciate your response. I’ve tried to code the save myself but unfortunately keep hitting a wall.

Thank you again for your quick response!

It’s definitely not an easy task. One day I hope to have it be part of the plugin but that won’t happen in the near future ??
