Save concept and publice blogpost not working since update to 5.0.3

  • I have updated to wordpress 5.0.3. all my plugins are also up to date.
    But when I want to change an existing blogpost or are writing a new blogpost, saving the concept and also publishing gives an error.
    So I can not write or change any blogposts.

    I hope you know what the problem may be. I also tried different kind of browsers.

    Are you using the Classic Editor or the new Block Editor? If the latter, make sure that there’s nothing disabling the REST API on your site. Also, if the Block Editor is not working for you, try installing the Classic Editor from plugins->add new.

    there’s nothing disabling the REST API on your site? – how can I check this? I don’t think so….

    Really strange that I have to install an extra plugin to make it function when there is an new version of WordPress.
