    The company name will also be saved when creating a new customer by the plugin.
    Do you face some issues regarding this?

    If we add a new customer, the company name field will unfortunately not be saved.
    Our plugin version is 1.1.

    That′s weird. It is possible that this Can you tell me the Company name?
    Do you face this issue with different names as well?

    Hi @corneflikweert
    I did some research regarding this issue.
    In order to save a new customer, it is important to fill out at least one of the “Name” fields. (fist or last name)
    If there is no name, the customer cannot be saved.
    To see messages and error logs, install the Simple History Plugin.
    Let me know, if this solve your issue.

    I will pass this on to our customer. I can’t reproduce the error myself, so that’s good news.
