Save changes of YARPP options will reset or clear all the memcached cache?

I’m using Memcached Object Cache + Batcache as the cache system.
Recenetly, I always find the following error:
“Consider Titles” and “Consider Bodies” are currently disabled.I try to change the YARPP options or disable, delete & reinstall it. However when I change options or disable, delete & reinstall, YARPP will reset or clear all the memcached cache.
I want to know why YARPP delete all the memcached cache? Thanks.
