Save Changes in Settings does not find wp-admin/options-.. file

Although when I go into Setting for example General I get the correct address “https://bahaicommunityatubc.netii.net//wordpress/wp-admin/options-general.php” but when I click the Save Changes button it fails to find the wp-admin/options-general.php file because the path is incorrect. It tries to update https://wordpress/wp-admin/options-general.php?settings-updated=true. It is missing the website portion. If I add in the missing part it forces me to login again but does not recognize my password.
