Save by titles instead of names

  • For backup is it possible to have the title and not the name?
    Let me explain, for example if i have:

    Notre location de vacances a-t-elle répondu à vos attentes?
    [checkbox* check-1 exclusive “Oui” “Non”]
    [group group-1]
    <label> Pourquoi ?
    [textarea* pourquoi1] </label>
    [/group]

    In backup I have:
    Check-1 Non
    Pourquoi1 Il nous manquait des assiettes

    Difficult to know the “questions” made by the form, so I would like to have as backup the titles, such as :

    Notre location de vacances a-t-elle répondu à vos attentes? Non
    Pourquoi? Il nous manquait des assiettes
