Save button not working

    A few days ago, a user posted a topic titled “problem with wp table builder” in which they wrote, “Yesterday my wp table builder plugin updated from version 1.3.15 to 1.3.16 and since then I’ve not been able to save table as save table button is not working properly.” I was having the exact same problem — I make changes in the table, but the save button is greyed out — and I finally found a really weird workaround for it.

    Some of my tables have empty cells. If I click in one of the empty cells, type a couple of characters, and then delete them, THEN the save button appears and I can save my updated table. So it’s possible that this glitch only happens if you have empty cells in your table.

    Hello @loudfan,

    It seems like your tables are corrupted by an outer source like another plugin or possibly browser extension. Normally line breaks are stored as br elements inside table but in your case they are converted to paragraph elements, and because of this, changes don’t enable save button. We updated text element so that elements like the ones you have will still perform and trigger a save. This fix will be available with the next version (v1.3.17) which we are aiming to release till next week.
