Save button not doing anything

I just installed this plugin and I’ve tried with both Firefox and Chrome to create a new quiz, but when I put in a title and click the ‘Save’ button, nothing happens and I’m unable to add questions or continue. Creating feeds works with no problem.

I’m wondering if maybe database tables weren’t created properly, but can you please check to see if there are any issues with this? Thanks!
